Twenty years of precision craft
CMT Studio is a London-based luxury garment manufacturing and product development studio. This is a studio for the premium market, not high street, and that’s exactly why the minimums stay low. We work on a CMT model, so you supply the fabric and materials, and we handle the cutting, construction and finishing. Learn how this differs from fully factored production → Whether you’re an established evening wear or bridal label, or a brand just starting out, you get the same level of attention here. What matters to us is the level you’re building at, not your trading history. We take startup brands just as seriously as established ones, because many of our labels started exactly where you are, and we’re glad to help you build yours. Every project begins the same way: we understand your vision fully before a single stitch is sewn, and every sample that follows is made with the care it deserves.

We use deadstock, offcuts and certified sustainable fabrics wherever possible. Small-batch production means we never overproduce the way mass fashion does. And every garment here is made by a fairly paid team, not whoever was cheapest to hire.

A complimentary Zoom call, fifteen minutes minimum, extended to thirty if you've signed up to our newsletter first. The goal is simple: understand whether we're the right match for your project. There's no obligation to go further afterwards.

Agreement
A manufacturing agreement clearly sets out our responsibilities, securing your place in the schedule and guaranteeing timely delivery. A 50% deposit confirms your booking.

Pre-Production Sample
A full sample made to your exact spec. Once you approve it, final pricing is confirmed and it becomes the standard every unit in production is measured against.
