This policy explains how Plus Samples Ltd, trading as CMT Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects and uses personal data when you visit cmtstudio.co.uk or get in touch with us.

Who we are

Plus Samples Ltd, trading as CMT Studio. Company number 07364302. Registered office and trading address: Unit B1 Summer Court, 1 Maybury Gardens, London NW10 2NB. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe, we collect your email address through our email platform, MailerLite. We use this to send occasional studio updates and resources content, and to deliver your extended Discovery Call booking links.
• Booking a call. Discovery Calls and Clarity Calls are booked through TidyCal, a third-party scheduling service. Information you provide there, such as your name and email, is collected by TidyCal on our behalf. Their own privacy policy governs that process.
• General browsing. Like most websites, basic technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP address) may be collected automatically. See our Cookie Policy for detail on what this involves.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not currently operate a contact form.

Why we use your data

To respond to enquiries, deliver newsletter content you’ve asked for, manage bookings, and understand roughly how the site is used so we can improve it. Where we rely on consent, such as the newsletter, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

MailerLite (email delivery) and TidyCal (booking) as described above. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Booking data is retained according to TidyCal’s own policy and our own reasonable business records requirements, typically no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it’s used. To do any of this, email contact@cmtstudio.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update the date at the top of this page if anything changes materially.
