These terms apply to the use of cmtstudio.co.uk and to manufacturing and sampling services provided by Plus Samples Ltd, trading as CMT Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Who we work with

CMT Studio is a B2B garment manufacturing and product development studio. We do not sell directly to the general public, and services described on this site are intended for fashion brands, designers and businesses.

Website use

Content on this site is for general information. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate but don’t guarantee it’s complete, current, or error-free at every moment. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote, that only happens through direct written agreement once we understand your specific project.

Quotes and pricing

Prices referenced on this site are correct at the time of publishing and may change. Development charges are estimates only, final cost depends on the project as it develops. Production pricing cannot be confirmed until a pre-production sample is complete. We don’t promise exact production prices, fixed development costs, or guaranteed turnaround times in writing ahead of a formal agreement, with the exception of urgent single-sample turnaround where separately agreed.

Bookings

Discovery Calls and Clarity Calls are booked through TidyCal. A Discovery Call up to fifteen minutes is complimentary. Clarity Calls are paid consultations, booked and charged as described at the point of booking.

Manufacturing agreements

Any actual production or sampling work is governed by a separate manufacturing agreement and, where applicable, a booking form, not by these website terms alone. A 50% deposit is required upfront on the quoted price for production work, with the balance due before collection.

Intellectual property

The content, design, photography and branding on this site belong to Plus Samples Ltd unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
