What Can We Do for You, and How Much Would It Cost?

Our Services

Manufacturing Services Built to Help Fashion Brands Succeed

Sampling

This is where a concept takes physical shape. Making that stage genuinely effective matters to us, so we build samples that transition smoothly into production, not samples that only work in isolation. We’ll ask what you plan to retail the garment for, who your target audience is, and a few other questions along those lines, all aimed at helping us choose finishes that actually suit your market level and your customer. This is where we work like an extension of your team, not a supplier waiting for instructions.

Pricing

Current charge: starts from £40 per hour + VAT. Rough estimates are given before any project begins.

Pattern Revision & Toiles

We make the toile and review your pattern side by side, confirming fit, construction and production readiness before a single piece is cut for real. This is the step that catches problems while they’re still cheap to fix, not after a production run has already started. It’s close, collaborative work, exactly what you’d expect from an extension of your team.

Production

Production to your specification, delivered within an agreed timeline. We understand how much timely delivery matters, and we plan our schedule around it. MOQ of 4 pieces in one colour across two sizes. No MOQ for bridal, one piece is always fine.

Pricing

Pricing runs on a sliding scale, the bigger the order, the less admin per piece, so cost per unit comes down as volume grows. It can’t be confirmed until the pre-production sample is complete, since that’s what lets us calculate the exact production time a design actually needs, rather than just estimate it.

Consultancy

We know that sometimes you need more than manufacturing support. We’re available for ad hoc advice and one-to-one guidance on production planning, tech pack readiness, fabric sourcing and manufacturing strategy. If a topic falls outside what we’re comfortable covering, we’ll connect you with the right consultant for your specific situation.

What Affects the Final Number

A 50% deposit is required upfront, based on the quoted price. We actively encourage a visit to the studio for quality control before the final payment, and any adjustments needed are settled on the final invoice. Development charges are estimated conservatively, essentially a worst-case figure, so the actual cost usually comes in at or below what’s quoted. Occasionally something genuinely unexpected means it runs higher instead. Either way, it’s adjusted and settled on the final invoice, not sprung on you as a surprise. If we make a mistake along the way, we correct it at no charge. That’s not a caveat, it’s the standard.

Urgent Orders

We can usually turn one urgent sample around in 48 hours, at a 25% surcharge on the standard rate. Larger collections need to be booked in advance, around six weeks typically, though every project is assessed case by case.
